  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt) , (low fat)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar , or honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 3-4 Saffron strands
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachios
  • Ice cubes , a few

Instructions

  • To begin making Kesar Pista Lassi Recipe, add the dahi, pista, saffron, cream and sugar into a mixer grinder. Blend to make a delicious Kesar Pista Lassi. Its your personal preference if you would like the lassi to be smooth or little chunky.
  • Once done transfer the Kesar Pista Lassi into a serving glass add a few ice cubes and garnish with saffron strands and serve the Kesar Pista Lassi chilled for the summers.
  • Serve the Kesar Pista Lassi Recipe along with Peshawari Naan, Malai Kofta for a special weekend lunch or dinner.
