- In a large bowl, place a sieve and spread a muslin cloth.pour in 2 cup of prepared curd. you can also use store brought curd here.
- tie the cloth and allow to rest for 2 hours or until the water drops completely. refrigerate, to prevent curd from turning sour.
- Take the hung curd into a large bowl and mix well. add in ½ cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp saffron water and ¼ tsp cardamom powder.
- Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
- finally, garnish with 10 chopped pistachios n almonds and serve shrikhand chilled.
