Ingredients

  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • as required Few saffron strings
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or as needed
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • As required Few crushed cashew nuts
  • 1/2 bowl milk powder
  • as required Few crushed cardamom

Instructions

  • Heat non-stick pan add paneer and fry till the water evaporate... Then add powder sugar, milk powder Maids, condensed milk mix...well and cook till it is dry... Once it is done...
  • In a plate brush ghee and pour the mixture on a plate. Spread evenly with spatula...In the same 'kadai' add 2 tbsp water, saffron. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp condensed milk and boil for 1 minutes... Then pour saffron milk over the kalakand.
  • Once it is done...Keep in a fridge for 20 minutes or till it is set.. After20 minutes take out from the fridge...Cut into square..
  • Transfer to a serving plate...Garnish with crushed cashew nuts. Serve.....Kesari Kalakand...to your family members and friends..
