  • Rice
  • Rose water
  • Ghee
  • Almonds
  • Sugar
  • Kaju
  • Cardamom
  • Kishmish

Instructions

  • Wash and soak rice for four hours. Blanch almonds and remove the skin. Dissolve saffron in milk boil milk in a handy. Heat fat and fry the rice.
  • Add milk and stir continuously. Reduce heat and slimmer on slow fire till the rice is looked. Add sugar and cook till fairly thick. Add remaining ingredients and serve hot.
