- Take Ghee in a pan and put 1/2 lit Milk in it.
- Keep stirring.Add saffron milk and 75 gms mawa and mix it well.
- Now add 1/2 cup sugar and mix it well.
- Thn add cardamom powder and keep stirring until it becomes smooth dough.
- Take a Modak mould and grease it with ghee.Put the mixture in mould and fold it.
- Remove excess mixture.And make the rest in same way.
