Ingredients

  • 1/2 lit Milk
  • 75 gms Mawa
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Dust
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Take Ghee in a pan and put 1/2 lit Milk in it.
  • Keep stirring.Add saffron milk and 75 gms mawa and mix it well.
  • Now add 1/2 cup sugar and mix it well.
  • Thn add cardamom powder and keep stirring until it becomes smooth dough.
  • Take a Modak mould and grease it with ghee.Put the mixture in mould and fold it.
  • Remove excess mixture.And make the rest in same way.
