- Wash and boil the dal by adding 1 tomato, salt and turmeric powder.
- Now a boiling pot add the boiled dal, add all dry masala, green chilli, ginger and curry. Add jaggery and kokam also, now boil for15-20 minutes.
- Now take a tadka pan, heat oil add all seeds and whole spices in it even add dry red chilli and curry leaves with hing.
- Serve it hot with rice.
