A healthy dates laddoo recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gram chopped khajur (dates)
  • 6tbsp -ghee
  • 50 gram makhana
  • 50 gram mix almond/chasew.can add akhrot,pista
  • 2/3 tbsp dry coconut or coconut powder
  • 50 gram black teel
  • 50 gram white teel
  • 1.5tbsp - dry ginger powder(soth)

Instructions

  • First roast all nuts & makhana on low flame for 5min,then Trasfer to plate & let it cool,then make powder in grinder. On same pan add 6/7 tbsp ghee & add chopped dates cook until it becomes soften mess.
  • Switch of the flame and add mix powder,and dry ginger powder(soth) in dates soften mess.
  • Mix all together properly in this stage if you want more sweet taste then you can add "khadi sakkar powder" or "jaggery"(optional) but in my recepi I am not using.
  • After mixing all,make a shape of laddu immediately,dont let mixture cool. Set them on room temperature. Ready to eat.

Garnish with grated coconut
