Ingredients

  • Khajur
  • Ghee
  • Icing sugar
  • Cardamom
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • Heat the pan on high flame and then put ghee in the pan
  • Add khajur and the mix it very well until the khajur become smooth approx 15 minutes
  • Put icing sugar and cardomaon powerd in the pan and mix it around 5 minutes
  • When the khajur smoothie becoming thick add your favourite dry fruits and mix it very well
  • After 5 minuter when the smoothie become thick completly , turn off the gas and serve it

Notes/Tips

Keep stirring Don't let the smoothie until it will stick
