- Take a bowl n add basan, turmeric powder n salt n lemon juice. Mix well n added little water n make better.
- Add eno n stirring constantly one side.
- Pour this better in greasing dish n put it in steamer.for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil for tadka n add musterd seeds, chillies n curry leaves n pour it in dhokla.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves n cut it with the help of knife.
