- Mix the pkt in 250 ml water
- 2tbs oil and make a smooth batter
- Grease iddli stand and pour batter in the iddli moulds
- Steam it till done
- After little cool take out all iddli dokhala. Cut into pieces or as it is
- Now make a tadka with mustard seeds curry leaves green, red chilli and mix coconut grated
- Pour on the dokla and enjoy with coconut chutney
