Kharik and khajur Cake in kadai

Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour
  • Rava
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Khajur
  • Kharik
  • Butter
  • Ghee
  • Baking soda

Instructions

  • Take khajur and kharik Make small Pieces and Then grind by adding little milk in it.Then take All Ingredients Mix well together and keep the batter for 30min for rest.Preheat the kadai for 10min.
  • After 30min Add Baking Soda In Batter And 1/2tsp Milk On It And Mix The Batter Well.pour the mixture in cake tin and let it bake for 50min.By inserting toothpick at the centre if it comes out clear the cake is baked well.Allow it to cool for 15min.

Notes/Tips

Take milk,butter and ghee at room temperature.
