- Take khaskhas and soak in water for about 6 - 7 hours.
- Now remove water and add milk in khaskhas and grind in mixer to a very smooth paste.
- In a kadhahi take ghee, heat it and add khaskhas paste. Now mix it and start roast it with ghee.
- At very low flame leave it to roast and add ghee 2 spoons each time in between. Don't forget to stirr this in between.
- Repeat this step 4 - 5 times till the colour changes.
- Now it is roasted so now add sugar followed by water and elaichi powder.
- Now mix all together and cover with lid till all the water reduced.
- After 5 minutes check this. Higher the flame and let it dry.
