This special salad combines all the flavours our palate craves for - sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent and piquant. It is a symbolic reminder that one must be ready to experience every flavour of life throughout the year ahead.I came to know about this dish recently and fell in love with the whole tangy, sour, chilly, sweet and bitter taste in every spoon.
