  • Sbse Pehle kacche kele aur beet ko cooker me 2 siti lagakar boil kr lenge. Fir use nikalkar ache se peel kr lenge aur masher ki help se mash kr lenge. Uske baad usme namak, haldi powder, ginger garlic paste, hing, besan daal kar ache se mix kr lenge aur dough bna lenge. Ab us dough ki choti choti ball bna lenge. Fir use garm tel me deep brown hone tak fry kr lenge. Gravy bnane k lye 2 pyaz, 2 tamatar ko mixer me grind kr ke paste bna lenge. Ab kadhai ko garm krenge. Usme 2 spoon oil daalenge. Ab usme jeera daalenge. Fir usme pyaz tamatar ka paste daalenge aur achhe se brown hone tak bhun lenge ab usme namak, haldi powder, aur Maggi masala daal kar fry kr lenge.
