Ingredients

  • Rice soaked for 2 hours
  • Milk
  • Cloves
  • Sugar
  • Cardamom powder
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • Heat milk in a non-stick pan. Add cloves and bring to a boil. Add drained rice, mix and cook till the rice is done. Add sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar melts. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Garnish with pistachios and serve hot
