- For kheer Bring the boil to a milk add soaked rice and cook it . Now add sugar and cook it completely. Keep it thick Add nuts and dry fruits in it.
- For Tarr In mixing bowl add flour and butter, give a crumble effect to it. Now add water gradually and make dough like paratha and rest in fridge for 15 minutes
- Now roll as per the size of tart tin. Put the roll dough on it and prick it. Bake in preheat oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes
- Cool the Tart completely. Pour the kheer in it and garnish with dry fruits and nutmeg powder
