  • Moth Beans
  • Mung beans
  • Rice
  • Sorghum Beans
  • Black chickpeas
  • Skinned Wheat
  • Split chickpeas
  • Red quinoa
  • Fresh Green Chickpeas
  • Green peas
  • Black eyed Beans
  • White butter beans
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the grains and pulses sprinkle Some drops of water & add mixture in mortar & beat it with pestle till it's half crushed.
  • Take it Out the mixture in the Bowl & sun dry it for a day and then seive it.
  • Now it's time to wash it thoroughly.
  • Add 10 to 15 glass of Water in a large vessel let it come to boil.
  • Next step is to add grains and pulses to the boiling water and add salt , 5 tbsp oil and fresh chickpeas. The flame should be low.
  • Cover the vessel with the lid and let it get cooked on the low flame.
  • Keep checking in between and give it a good stir. The grains and pulses will become soft and that's the time it's almost done.
  • Let it get cooked more for some more time and you will Notice it's completely cooked . It's ready.
  • Serve It hot by pouring groundnut Oil.

Notes/Tips

This Healthy Recipe is very authentic and passed from generation to generation and I have learnt it from my nani & Dadi. The most important tip of the recipe is you can overcook it ?. (Make sure on low flame) The more you cook the best it tastes.
