- Mix all the grains and pulses sprinkle Some drops of water & add mixture in mortar & beat it with pestle till it's half crushed.
- Take it Out the mixture in the Bowl & sun dry it for a day and then seive it.
- Now it's time to wash it thoroughly.
- Add 10 to 15 glass of Water in a large vessel let it come to boil.
- Next step is to add grains and pulses to the boiling water and add salt , 5 tbsp oil and fresh chickpeas. The flame should be low.
- Cover the vessel with the lid and let it get cooked on the low flame.
- Keep checking in between and give it a good stir. The grains and pulses will become soft and that's the time it's almost done.
- Let it get cooked more for some more time and you will Notice it's completely cooked . It's ready.
- Serve It hot by pouring groundnut Oil.
