  • Maida
  • Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Khova
  • Sugar powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add khova,sugar powder and heat until khova starts melting. Then turn off the stove and let it cool down. Take a bowl and add maida,wheat flour and water and knead well. Make a soft dough. Take some portion of it and make a very thin disc. Then apply water at edges. Then add the khova on one side and close it with another side. Then press in the edges. Deep fry in hot oil. Cool down and serve.
