- Take a bowl and add maida,wheat flour,salt and water. Knead well and make soft dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Then take a pan and add khova and let it heat. Then add powdered sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame. Make small balls from dough. Take a ball and make round disc and keep khova mixture in it. Take all the edges to center and roll it into a disc. Grease tawa with ghee and place it on tawa and cook on both the sides. And serve.
