- In pan add Oil and fry the panner and keep aside.
- Now add remaining oil and ghee then add cumin seeds, star anise and black cardamom.
- Now add all the paste one by one and cook it well.
- Add all dry masala in it and cook till Oil is released
- Now add khoya, gratted panner, fried panner and matar. Add the water to adjust the consistency of shabje. Cook for a while
- Serve it hot with paratha, kulcha or Naan.
