Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Star anise 1
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Ginger Chilli garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Khoya 1/4 cup
  • Gratted panner 1/4 cup
  • White paste 1/4 cup
  • Fried panner 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmir red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala
  • Blench green Peas 1 cup

Instructions

  • In pan add Oil and fry the panner and keep aside.
  • Now add remaining oil and ghee then add cumin seeds, star anise and black cardamom.
  • Now add all the paste one by one and cook it well.
  • Add all dry masala in it and cook till Oil is released
  • Now add khoya, gratted panner, fried panner and matar. Add the water to adjust the consistency of shabje. Cook for a while
  • Serve it hot with paratha, kulcha or Naan.

Notes/Tips

Spice can be adjust as per taste.
