- Mix cornflour and 1 cup milk and keep aside. Boil the remaining milk and add the cornflour mix. And stir until it thickens.
- Now add condensed milk and sugar. Stir well. Turn off the flame.
- Once the mix gets cool, add vanilla essence.
- Now, add kiwi(chopped) into the milk mixture.
- Mix well and set the first layer of the pudding. And add chopped almonds and nuts. Refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
- Now on to the other half milk mixture, add the chopped pineapple and mix well.
- Mix well and pour it on to the kiwi mix. And now the second layer is set. Garnish again with nuts and almonds.
- Now refrigerate for 2hours and SERVE !! ❤️
