  • Milk
  • Cornflour
  • Condensed milk
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla essence
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple (chopped)
  • Cashew & almond (chopped)

Instructions

  • Mix cornflour and 1 cup milk and keep aside. Boil the remaining milk and add the cornflour mix. And stir until it thickens.
  • Now add condensed milk and sugar. Stir well. Turn off the flame.
  • Once the mix gets cool, add vanilla essence.
  • Now, add kiwi(chopped) into the milk mixture.
  • Mix well and set the first layer of the pudding. And add chopped almonds and nuts. Refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
  • Now on to the other half milk mixture, add the chopped pineapple and mix well.
  • Mix well and pour it on to the kiwi mix. And now the second layer is set. Garnish again with nuts and almonds.
  • Now refrigerate for 2hours and SERVE !! ❤️
