- Mix maida + salt + ghee + water and knead a semi soft dough, keep rest for 10 minutes.
- Make sugar syrup by boiling water + sugar + cardamom and make a slight thick syrup.
- Take medium size balls from dough and Roll out a medium size either round or rectangle and make slits leaving the edges
- Now gently roll through the help of the edges (kindly refer pic)
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown and dip in sugar syrup, allow to stay in syrup for 10 -15 minutes and transfer to a separate plate.
- Sweet is ready to serve.
