  • Banana
  • Grated coconut
  • Jaggery
  • Flour
  • Oil
  • Milk
  • Govindabhog rice
  • Cashew
  • Raisins
  • Milkmaid
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Take a pan. Add grated coconut and jaggery and mix them well.Switch off the flame and alow it to cool.
  • Add mashed banana and flour to this cool mixture. Heat oil for deep frying. From this mixture make small balls and fry the balls till it appears golden brown. Then keep aside.
  • Soak the rice for 20 minutes. In a heavy bottom Pan pour the milk with bay leaves, cardamom and cinnamon, stir occasionally.
  • Add the rice and stir continuously. Then cook the rice properly.
  • After the rice has been cooked, add Nestle condensed milk, raisins and cashew nuts. Cook it until it thickens. Then add Kolar bara and Cover and cook for 2 minutes
  • Switch off the flame. Mix all the things and then allow it to cool. Pour this in a bowl and sprinkles some nuts
