- Mix all the ingredients(red chilli powder,salt,maida,besan,suji,wheat flour,green chillies,onion,grated cauliflower,green peas,methi,spinach,saunf,cumin,hing,oil) properly now add water and make dough. Take a small ball size lump of dough. Now roll it slightly using dry flour. Flatten these balls and roll like any other parantha. Pre-heat the tawa. Turn it and spread little oil or ghee and shallow fry over low heat. Turn it again and spread ghee on the other side. Cook both sides till golden brown. Serve Hot with curd.
