- 1. Boil milk in a thick bottom pan until it becomes half
- 2. In another pan add ghee and coconut. roast the coconut but not color change and keep it aside
- 3. Add sugar in milk and mix well. Then add coconut and mix well
- 4. Stir continuously for 10-15 minutes until all liquid evaporates and add cardamom powder
- 5. Cook for 5 minutes until its thick and lumps are formed
- 6. Grease a thali with ghee and transfer that mixture into thali. Spread it evenly and add the almonds and pistachio for garnishing
- 7. Let it cool and then cut into desired pieces and serve
