Ingredients

  • 400 gm dried shredded coconut (fine)
  • 1 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi(Cardamom) powder

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan, add fresh cream and cook on low flame for 4-5 mins stirring continuously
  • Add whole can of condensed milk and cook for further 5-6 mins
  • Add in your coconut and mix well on a low to medium flame
  • Finally add elaichi powder and nix well. Tightly set the mixture by patting with greased spoon in a greased cake tin or tray.
  • Let it cool and than cut into desired shape and size. Can also be made into ball and placed in small cupcake papers.
