- First make a paste of ginger, garlic, green coriander and chilli.
- In a pan mix the chickpea flour, rava. Add ginger-chili-garlic paste, turmeric, sugar and salt to taste. Add baking soda and make better with yogurt or buttermilk. (Add water if needed.)
- Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add rye cumin ajma, add hing and add better. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Rotate the other side carefully. Bake for five minutes.
- Healthy kothambir vadi are ready. Serve with sauce or with green sauce.
