- Cut the poori’s in strips and keep them ready. In a kadai heat oil, add the onion and saute them till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste , green chillies and saute them for while. Add the tomato and cook them till mushy. Add capsicum and saute them, add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , cumin powder and mix them well. Sprinkle some water if needed. Add the poori and mix them well. Let the simmer for a while, add lemon juice in the end . Garnish them with chopped coriander and serve hot.
