Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Besan or gram flour 250gm
  • Rice flour 2tbsp
  • Ginger garlic and chilli paste 3tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder a pinch
  • Salt as per taste
  • Seasame seeds 2tsp

Instructions

  • Wash and chop coriander leaves
  • Add besan,rice flour,ginger garlic chilli paste, and all the remaining ingredients
  • Bind each and every ingredient thoroughly. Spread this on a plate
  • Steam the plate for 20 mins. Cut it into pieces and shallow fry them.

Notes/Tips

Batter of vadi should not be watery.
