  • Makhana(lotus seeds)
  • Mustard oil
  • Cashew nuts
  • Tomato
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Kasuri methi
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in pan, add Makhana and Cashew nuts,roast it
  • Blend tomato, ginger garlic paste.
  • Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, then add Tomato paste and all spice powders.
  • Then add water and required salt.
  • Finally, add roasted Makhana and Cashew nuts.

Notes/Tips

Yoghurt can be added. Lotus seeds and Cashew nuts must not be over roasted. Coriander leaves and fresh cream can be added for garnish.
