- Take a mixer grinder, add poha and grind it to a fine powder then add besan and mix.
- Take a pan, add 2 cup water and salt, when it starts boil add the mixture slowly slowly, stir continuesly while adding. Cover it and simmer for 5 minutes. Now off the flame and let it cool down.
- Take out the mixture in a bowl and add cornflour and mix well. Heat the oil in pan, oil should be medium heat. Make the line and rings. Fry them till they become golden brown from both sides.
- Take a bowl. Add chaat masala and Red chilli powder and mix well.Mix well in kurkure.
- Ready. Enjoy them during snacks.You can also preserve them and eat it when you want
