Ingredients

  • Lady finger 250 grm
  • Besan 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder 1 tsp
  • Water to sprinkle
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the lady finger in chips form.
  • Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients to it and mix it well.
  • Add water 1 or 2 tsp to coat the lady finger with masala.
  • Now dip fry in hot oil at medium flame till it crispy.
  • Sprinkle the chaat masala.
  • Serve it hot.

Ratio of flour can be change.
