- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the kuttu ka aata stir well and saute for 1 to 2 min.
- Take a another pan heat ghee. Add the green chilli saute for a few second.
- Add sauted kuttu ka aata stir well.
- Add curd mix very well.
- Add the water as required.
- Add the potatoes cube and saute for 2 min.
- Add rock salt and black pepper as your taste.
- Cook till all the water is absorbed and the buckwheat (kuttu ka aata) has cooked well.
- Add coriander leaves and give a final stir
- Serve khichdi hot Or warm with curd.
