Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes chopped in small cube
  • 1 cup kuttu ka aata
  • 2 cup water
  • Rock salt as required
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • leaves Chopped coriander
  • 4 tsp curd

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan. Add the kuttu ka aata stir well and saute for 1 to 2 min.
  • Take a another pan heat ghee. Add the green chilli saute for a few second.
  • Add sauted kuttu ka aata stir well.
  • Add curd mix very well.
  • Add the water as required.
  • Add the potatoes cube and saute for 2 min.
  • Add rock salt and black pepper as your taste.
  • Cook till all the water is absorbed and the buckwheat (kuttu ka aata) has cooked well.
  • Add coriander leaves and give a final stir
  • Serve khichdi hot Or warm with curd.
