  • Kuttu atta
  • Grated ginger
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Senda Namak
  • Water
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Grated Paneer
  • Cooking oil
  • Curd
  • Dry apricots
  • Cumin
  • Mint powder

Instructions

  • Mix together the kutti atta, 1 tbsp ginger, 3 Green chillies, 1/4 tsp salt and the water.
  • Pour a Ladle full of batter onto a hot tawa and spread it thin.
  • Drizzle some oil on the sides and cook on medium flame For 1-2 minutes. Flip it And cook for 15-20 seconds.
  • mix Together paneer, cumin powder, salt, ginger and chillies.
  • Flip the cheela again and Spoon 1 tbsp Of the paneer mix Onto half of the cheela and fold it over.
  • Cook on both Sides for 10 Seconds. Serve hot.
  • Finely chop the apricots and then soak in 2 tbsp hot water. Mash once the apricots are soft.
  • Beat The Curd Till Smooth, Add In The mashed apricots, Mint powder, and salt.
  • Heat 1 tsp oil and add in 1 tsp cumin seeds, once they begin to splutter add to the curd.
  • Mix well and serve.
