- Soak rice for 4 hours
- Melt the jaggery with 2tablespoon of water in pan
- Grind soaked rice along with banana, cardamom and melted jaggery in a mixer.(Add little water if needed) Consistency should be of dosa batter.
- Then add baking soda and coconut pieces to the grinded paste.
- In the kuzhi paniyaram pan, add ghee and let heat it.. then add the batter to fry for 2 minutes on each side.
