Ingredients

  • Potatoes 2
  • Sweet potato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Bottle gourd 1/4
  • Arrow lot 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Grate all the vegetables and squeeze it well.
  • Now add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well
  • Dip fry in hot oil till crispy and crunchy and golden brown in color.
  • Serve with green chilli, chutney and curd.

Notes/Tips

Any other vegetables of fasting can be used.
