Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1-1/2 cups
  • Oil 1 tbsp + kneading
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Butter 6 tbsp + shallow fry
  • Kitchen king masala 2 tsp

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl take a butter and kitchen king masala and mix it well.
  • In another mixing bowl take wheat flour add salt, hing and oil make a dough from it. Dough should be soft. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
  • Take small portion from it and roll a thick roti, now spread butter on it.
  • Now make a fan from it by flipping back and front side of it. Strength the roll dough and give shape of ball from it
  • Now roll the paratha from it and shallow fry with butter.
  • Serve it warm with any vegetables

Notes/Tips

Maida can be use in place of wheat flour or combination to two.
