- In mixing bowl take a butter and kitchen king masala and mix it well.
- In another mixing bowl take wheat flour add salt, hing and oil make a dough from it. Dough should be soft. Allow to rest for 20 minutes
- Take small portion from it and roll a thick roti, now spread butter on it.
- Now make a fan from it by flipping back and front side of it. Strength the roll dough and give shape of ball from it
- Now roll the paratha from it and shallow fry with butter.
- Serve it warm with any vegetables
