Ingredients

  • Wheat flour 1.5 Cup
  • Salt As per taste
  • Refined oil 2 Tbsp
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Garlic finely chopped 5-6 cloves
  • Ginger finely chopped Half inch
  • Green chillies finely chopped 2
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  • Take a big bowl and add flour and salt to it. Add refined oil and knead a soft dough with warm water.
  • Mash the potatoes and salt, red chilli, black pepper,l and chaat masala to it.
  • Add onions, garlic,ginger and green chillies to it and mix thoroughly.
  • Take a round ball of kneaded flour and roll it to full size.
  • Take some oil and spread over rolled paratha. Spread the potato filling generously all over tha paratha except the sides.
  • Start rolling it like a cylinder. Press from top and shape up like lachha paratha.
  • Cook on hot tawa woth ghee or oil as per preference.
  • Cook till crosp and brown from both sides.
  • Serve with homemade white butter for better taste.

Notes/Tips

Do not take hot potatoes in mashing otherwise it will get starchy. While rolling paratha do not tke the pin pack and forth, Jist roll in single.direction it will prevent stuffing of paratha.
