Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • Salt to tastes
  • 4 tspn oil
  • 2 tspn ghee
  • 1 tspn rice flour
  • Oil for roasting paratha

Instructions

  • Take a bowl n added flour salt n oil in it.
  • Added water n make semi soft dough from it.
  • Take a medium size portion n roll paratha from it. Apply Ghee on it n sprinkle rice flour onit.
  • Make zig zag from paratha n covered it n roll it again.
  • Heat tava n roasted it both the sides with applying oils on it. Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Served with Punjabi Sabji n Daal.
