Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Besan Flour
  • 2 TBS Rava/Samolina
  • Saffron water
  • Oil for frying
  • 350 grams Jaggery
  • Grated Dry coconut
  • Poppy seeds
  • Cardomam powder
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Cashews

Instructions

  • In a bowl add basen flour, rava, saffron water and water as required. mix it well no lumps should be created.
  • Heat a pan add oil and prepare boondi using boodi maker. deep fry them until colour changes and transfer it to other bowl.
  • Heat a pan add Jaggery and water as required. Prepare jaggery syrup. Then in a bowl take boondi and add Jaggery syrup using strainer.
  • Then add dry coconut, cashews, dry ginger powder, cardomam powder, poppy seeds mix it well. Then prepare laddu
