Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tspn oil
  • 1/2 cup jaggery
  • 4 tspn Ghee
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tspn powder sugar

Instructions

  • Take a heavy bottom bowl n add in crumbled jaggery n water n boiled it.
  • Take a dish n add flour n oil in it n mix well.
  • Add this flour in boiling jaggery water n covered lid on law flame.
  • After few minutes make points with the help of rolling pan n covered it again.
  • After few minutes mix well with the help of spatetula.
  • Add Ghee n powered sugar on it.

Notes/Tips

You skipped sugar if you not need.
