  • Pasta sheet
  • Pizza pasta sauce
  • White sauce
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • Capsicum
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oil
  • Origami
  • Chili flakes
  • Potato
  • Beans
  • Greens

Instructions

  • For the making of pasta sheet. Ingredients: a) 1.5 cup plain flour b) 1 tsp salt c) 0.5 cup water d) 1 tsp vegetable oil. Procedure: a) Mix the flour, oil, salt and water to make soft dough. b) After preparing the dough, cover it with a soft cloth .
  • c) After twenty minutes divide the dough into four parts and roll it into four thin circular sheets. d) Let the sheets dry under fan for around 30 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic, onion, chili flakes and oregano. Sauté it for two minutes. Now add the vegetables and stir fry it for around four minutes.
  • After that add salt and yellow chili powder, and when the vegetables starts to release moisture, add in the greens. Put the vegetable in a bowl
  • ) For assembling the Lasagna: Ingredients: a) 1 cup cheese (grated) b) White Sauce – 1 cup. c) Marinara Sauce – 1 cup.
  • Procedure: Apply some marinara sauce on the base of a pan On that same base, place one pasta sheet. Add some white sauce along with the vegetable. Cover the top of the vegetable with more white sauce and cheese.
  • Place another pasta sheet. Continue the same process till the top layer. Cover the pan with a lid and bake it on a medium flame for thirty minutes.
  • Cut into slices and serve it hot

Notes/Tips

You can use homemade pizza pasta sauce and chili flakes for better taste . Dilute the pizza pasta sauce for a flowing Consistency Bake it in an oven keeping both the rods on and the temperature will be the highest that is 250°c
