Ingredients

  • 1 lauki (bottle gourd)
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 onions
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tspn Red chili powder
  • 1 tspn garlic paste
  • Pinch asafoetida
  • 1 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric powder
  • 3 tspn oil
  • Coriander leaves as needed
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • Peel lauki n chopped it n pressure cook it with 3 whistle.
  • Finely chopped both vegetables..
  • Heat oil in pan n added asafoetida n garlic paste n onions..
  • After few minutes added tomatoes n cooked it till get messy.
  • Added salt n all spices in it n cooked it till reduce oils..
  • Added boiled n mashed lauki in it n mix nicely.
  • Cooked for few seconds n served with sprinkle coriander leaves..

Notes/Tips

Served with Roti, Bhakhri n khichdi..
