- 1. Firstly, in a blender take 1 cup peeled and chopped lauki.
- 2. Also add handful mint, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp pepper, 1-inch ginger, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tsp lemon juice.
- 3. Add 1 cup chilled water and blend smooth.
- 4. Finally, pour lauki juice in a glass with few ice cubes.
