- Boil kasuri methi/fenugreek leaves with 1 tsp of salt in it. And strain the water from it then keep it aside.
- Take a bowl then take 2 cup of maida/aata in it and add grated garlic, grated green chilli, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, ajwain, oil 1tbsp, boiled methi, and salt to taste. Then kneed the dough.
- Take the dough and divide it into equal parts and make pedas of it.
- Heat the pan and roll the pedas in circular motion like roti.
- Put the paratha on the pan and broil/sekna the paratha both the sides properly.
- When it is cooked properly then add a tablespoon of oil and broil it till it turn little brown and cooked both sides properly.
- Make all the paratha in the same way.
