- Crumble six idli and keep aside
- Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal mix and let them crackle.
- Sauté till the urad dal turns golden brown.Then add curry leaf,coriander leaf and dry chilli stir and then add crumbled idli.mix very well and sauté for a minute or two.
- Then switch off the flame.Lastly add little bit chopped coriander leaves.serve idli upma with some coconut chutney or coconut with sugar.
