  • 6 Left over idli
  • 1 tsp Mustard urad dhal mix
  • Curry leaf 2stick
  • Coriander leaf 2g
  • Oil1tbsp
  • Dry red chilli2

Instructions

  • Crumble six idli and keep aside
  • Heat one tbsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,urad dal mix and let them crackle.
  • Sauté till the urad dal turns golden brown.Then add curry leaf,coriander leaf and dry chilli stir and then add crumbled idli.mix very well and sauté for a minute or two.
  • Then switch off the flame.Lastly add little bit chopped coriander leaves.serve idli upma with some coconut chutney or coconut with sugar.
