- Heat a deep pan with butter. Add onion, chopped green chillies, grated ginger garlic. Saute till rawness is gone.
- Mix the leftover veggies, Biryani masala powder, saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Add the leftover rice and mix nicely with the veggies. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with ginger juliennes, paneer cubes and masala curd raita. Serve and enjoy.
