  • 12 leftover Roti
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tspn pink salt
  • 1 tspn Red chili Powder
  • 1/2 tspn asafoetida
  • 1/2 tspn garam masala

Instructions

  • Frying all leftover Roti.
  • Cracking it n added all above spices..
  • Mix well n put it in airtight container.

Keep it for 2 months..
