- Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
- Grease the cake tin and keep aside.
- Grind the leftover biscuits.
- In a mixing bowl take biscuit crumbs mix. Add milk a little by little. Mix well to form a batter.
- Add the thandai powder, mix well.
- Now add baking soda and power. Mix well.
- Tranfer the batter into the grease tin.
- And garnish with chopped pistachio.
- Keep the tin in the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes or depends on your oven temperature.
- Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If comes out clean,it means the cake is ready.
- Let the cake cool down.
- Cut the cake in desired shape and size.
- Delicious cake is ready. Enjoy in tea time.
