Leftover biscuits tea time cake

Ingredients

  • Approx 20-25 biscuits
  • 3/4 cup milk or as per need
  • 1 tbsp thandai powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • Pistachio or any nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  • Grease the cake tin and keep aside.
  • Grind the leftover biscuits.
  • In a mixing bowl take biscuit crumbs mix. Add milk a little by little. Mix well to form a batter.
  • Add the thandai powder, mix well.
  • Now add baking soda and power. Mix well.
  • Tranfer the batter into the grease tin.
  • And garnish with chopped pistachio.
  • Keep the tin in the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes or depends on your oven temperature.
  • Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If comes out clean,it means the cake is ready.
  • Let the cake cool down.
  • Cut the cake in desired shape and size.
  • Delicious cake is ready. Enjoy in tea time.
