  • 1 cup boiled Kala Chana (It should be completely d
  • 1 teaspoon roasted jeera
  • 1 teaspoon ginger green chilli paste
  • 5-6 pudina leaves ke patte
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 cup boiled mashed suran
  • 1/2 cup corraindar leaves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1-2 tablespoons oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup of boiled Kala Chana (no water should be there in it). Put it in mixture, add 1 teaspoon of roasted jeera, 1 teaspoon of ginger green chilli paste, 5-6 pudina leaves, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of chat masala and grind it
  • Take it in a bowl add one cup of boiled mashed suran/aloo, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, add 1/2 cup of coriander leaves and few drops of lemon...mix well...
  • Give it heart shape and roll all the cutlets in the remaining 2 tablespoons of cornflour. Heat the tawa and add oil and shallow fry the cutlets on tava
