- Take 1 cup of boiled Kala Chana (no water should be there in it). Put it in mixture, add 1 teaspoon of roasted jeera, 1 teaspoon of ginger green chilli paste, 5-6 pudina leaves, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of chat masala and grind it
- Take it in a bowl add one cup of boiled mashed suran/aloo, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, add 1/2 cup of coriander leaves and few drops of lemon...mix well...
- Give it heart shape and roll all the cutlets in the remaining 2 tablespoons of cornflour. Heat the tawa and add oil and shallow fry the cutlets on tava
